How long does delivery take?
UK orders typically arrive in 7-12 business days. International orders take 10-20 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders over £50 ship free. Standard rates apply below that and are shown at checkout.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by email. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us at azzmystoreuk@gmail.com as soon as possible after ordering. We can usually amend or cancel orders that haven't yet been processed for shipping.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in original packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details.

How do I start a return?
Email azzmystoreuk@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. We'll confirm your return and provide instructions.

My item arrived damaged or faulty - what do I do?
Email us straight away with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.

Yes. Every product in our catalog is hand-picked and reviewed for quality before it's listed.

Do you offer a warranty?
Most electronics carry a manufacturer defect warranty covering the first 30 days after delivery - contact us if something isn't working as expected.

We accept all major debit and credit cards plus other secure checkout options shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely and we never see or store your card details.
