Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at azzmystoreuk@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, opened cosmetics or personal care products, and customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.
