Refund & Return Policy

Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your item, without needing to give a reason. To cancel, simply contact us at hello@azzstore.co.uk within this window. Once we receive your cancellation notice, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

If you cancel under this right, we will refund the full price you paid, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or evidence you've sent it back, if earlier).

Returns (30-Day Policy)

In addition to your statutory cancellation right above, we offer an extended 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty & Damaged Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you're protected under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. You're entitled to a replacement or a full refund within 30 days of delivery — your choice. Contact us at hello@azzstore.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll sort this out promptly. Return shipping costs for faulty or damaged items are covered by us.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns under our 30-day policy, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For faulty, damaged, or not-as-described items, we cover the cost of return shipping.

Non-returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics or personal care products cannot be returned once unsealed. Customized or personalized items are also non-returnable, as they are made specifically for you. These exclusions don't affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty or not as described.
